Duties will include: Manage the customer services of the business, provide a reporting capability across all activities to support the making of day-to-day decisions for the business, establish and maintain a database of customers to track and record activity and quality of service and deliverables, ensure that email contact with customers is replied to within four working hours of receipt, encourage an on-going dialogue with prospective customers/customers and retailers to establish a reputation for quality in customer service and delivery, responsible for accurate and timely daily dispatch of orders to customers and any other ad hoc duties to support the general manager.
