A dynamic organisation based in the Waterloo area is looking for a Sales Ledger Assistant. Duties will include: sole responsibility for all sales invoices (up to 200 invoices per day), reconciling the daily takings from retail units and preparing bank reconciliations, posting journals to the accounts system, liaising with UK retail units to collect royalties once a month and invoicing the units, keeping spreadsheets on course income based on the information that they get from head office, doing basic credit control and ad hoc finance duties.
The ideal candidate will be numerate and have some double entry bookkeeping experience. Immediate Start
